State of the art e-commerce, and customer service to matchA great company to deal with, both online and by phone. They are everything an online retailer should be. What a shame I had to return the wellies as the fit was not right, but it gave me an opportunity to test their returns system, which also worked well.

Great trainers at best price on InternetBought these for my 11 year old son. He loves them. Stylish and practical. As an added bonus, they were the cheapest online and came quickly. Have used Barrington Sports before and would recommend and use again.

Excellent serviceOf course, I ordered the wrong size shoe, and of course there was none of the right size when I returned the first pair. But I got a really friendly email, asking if I wanted them to look out for a return of the right size, and lo and behold, only a week or so later, a package arrived with the right sized shoes in them - excellent service!

City link strikes againExcellent website, and good bat a reasonable price. Dispatched within hours of sending the email overall a 5 star experience from barrington sports. Then city link take over...... They can't find my house, I wait for 43 minutes in a telephone queue, no apology offered, they can't reschedule at my convenience ( despite the fact I'd waited in all day the previous day). I end up driving a 80 mile round trip ( 2 hours worth ) to pick up a battered package. Can't recommend them if city link is the only choice of courier.

---Amazing item, amazing speed of deliveryI recently purchased a Berghaus rucksack from gearzone after seeing it on sale on an email from them. I ordered the bag on a Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday morning. Absolutely hassle free service and a great product. Im sure that this looks like a fake review as it is so good, its not fake, they just really were that good!!
