02 January 2012 Better than brilliant After carrying out research on door furniture, I decided on handles4 doors, mainly on their prices. After talking to the sales people, I submitted an order, with their help. The following morning I received the goods. Very good quality, and they look brilliant. I later phoned with a query, and was given good advice from their Tech. department. I have saved a fair amount of cash compared to other Merchants. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. 3 days ago All right in the end Website had a good selection on it, easy to use, bought what I wanted. What arrived unfortunately was defective, one handle was scratched and on the other the chrome was incomplete, very poor quality control on behalf of the manufacturer. Handles4Doors did respond swiftly and arranged a replacement to be sent out very promptly although it came directly from the manufacturer who had been given my billing address instead of my delivery address, fortunately this wasn't a problem for me but it meant that when they tried to collect the defective handles they tried to collect them from the wrong address! Despite this would use them again, product / price good eventually and customer services friendly and helpful.
