REALLY waterproof wellies, at last!These are no ordinary wellies. I've been through loads of green wellies, pretty wellies, low and high wellies, but none compare to these. The foot part is sturdy and warm, re-inforced to protect your toes and upper foot. The upper ( from ankle to knee) is neoprene and a snug fit to keep out damp and draughts. So comfortable to wear, no slopping about on the calves. I highly recommend these wellies! It's worth paying a bit more than you would for regular wellies to get this kind of quality.

Very poor, delivery has not been achieved despite the stated delivery being 3 days ago. IVery poor. No automated email updated on delivery. Despite stated hours of Sat service no answer during the 4 hours of me phoning - all operators were apparently busy all day !So far failed to deliver, failed to update, and failed to be available during stated working hours - if I could give less than a one star service I would. Lets hope my goods for which payment has already left my bank account are actually delivered. At this stage the worst online purchase system I have every used lets hope things will improve or this will be the last time I and my friends use this website - back to Lovell for me.

Easy transaction, quick delivery, helpful customer servicesI ordered the boots as requested by my son for Christmas, they arrived the next working day; then I contacted the customer services dept to ask about returns or exchanges, should they not fit, after Christmas since it would be more than 10 days after delivery. They responded almost immediately saying that their Christmas exchanges policy is extended to mid January, so that is brilliant.Overall, very pleased.
