26 October 2011 GREAT SERVICE Found a perfect set of satin stainless steel handles at a great price for my oak doors. Also bought mortice and deadlocks. Easy to order, delivered quickly, packaged well. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

---Fantastic Fussie ! And I'm a fussy customer!!I had never heard of this company before but would now recommend highly to anyone- delivered fab shoes within 24 hours ! When the size was wrong I had friendly service on the phone and the replacement pair arrived within the next 24 hours. Good product good price and excellent service

Billiant service! Found a shoe that was sold out on most other sites. Delivery was fast & free & when I emailed to find out delivery day they replied immediately. Very satisfied customer here.

02 December 2012 <br/> Prompt and considerate service What an excellent service. I ordered a T-shirt in large and it arrived in a medium. However, the customer service was excellent and I received another one free of charge the next day. The service was extremely efficient, the ordering process simple to use and the T-shirt quality excellent. Despite the hitch, I would definitely use this company again because they dealt so well with the problem and the results were of a very high quality. Reliable online shopping system and prompt deliveryI have never encountered problems when shopping online with Supadance. A reliable online shopping system is extremely important in gaining customer's confidence. I have always been pleased with Supadance prompt delivery. I am totally impressed by the efficiency of Supadance when I received my recent (order placed on Dec 21 2011) shoe order on January 3 2012 morning barring all the Christmas and New Year holidays. Congratulations, Supadance, for being efficient and service oriented.

---Very disappointing!I ordered a North Face parka and received an email confirming that it had been dispatched, so far so good. It then came to the delivery day and nothing arrived so I telephoned Gearzone to find out where it had got to. I was informed that there had been an error on the labelling of their garments and that they didn't actually have this particular coat in stock and that the email had been sent in error. Although apologies were made I was told that it would take a further 10 days to receive the parka. I was stongly reminded that I could cancel the order at any time, I can only assume that it would have cost them money as they were having to get the coat from TNF. I decided that I was not happy with waiting that length of time and cancelled the order and have since managed to purchse the parka from a different retailer without any problems or delays. I was refunded very quickly but that is the only good thing I can say about them. I won't be looking at their website
