14 December 2011 You need a handle? Well the've got it Couldn't ask for better service. Fantastic selection and my customer over the moon with the result. Web site now permantly 'bookmarked' for future use.

31 July 2012 Very good customer service, slight order mistake I made two orders, the first was delayed due to the courier holding things up (query re: the address, but didn't tell anyone, so it just say in the depot for a week). The second had an extra item in. However, every time I spoke to the customer service chaps, they were very helpful and wanted to make sure that something was done quickly. The refunded orders were handled without issue. Many thanks on a job well done - we'll probably be buying some kitchen cupboard shelving / sliding racks from you too!!

07 March 2011 <br/>Outstanding Customer Service I've used TShirt Studio a number of times over the years. Their website is superb. I've been called/emailed to clarify my design, in most cases to improve it. Delivery is very quick and cheap and the products are top quality. Highly recommended and I do no hesitate to recommend them to others looking for printing services.

Have not recieved my item for 2 weeks, whereas it should be delivered in two daysI bought the item on the 7th and have not got anything.I recieved an email saying Dispatched then 3 days later I got another one saying Shipping. I don't know what is happening.

I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling.
