Can't fault anything - a great shopping experienceMy jumper was delivered within a couple of days - free delivery. It was beautifully packed & exactly as described on line. I have used Jules B a number of times & never been disappointed. I shop with confidence - but they do sell top of the range clothes!

Excellent service, shame about the Fitflop shoes On both occasions the shoes arrived in the alloted time. Great service However I am disappointed in general by Fifflop shoes. Their model seems very shallow on the instep. For the clogs this is not too bad, but the chukka boots are proving difficult. The left shoe is a good fit; the right one cramps on the instep. And this is where youy hit problems with mail order, so despite the service I shall be very cautious about buying again. Fif is bigger than service.
