Quick, quality and quite brilliant.Very good service. Delivery was far quicker than expected and being given a predicted delivery date was very helpful for choosing where I should get it delivered to. ---Outstanding customer service, super-speedy deliveryI ordered a Mammut day pack for a weekend trip to Rome.Despite an initial computer error where my order details were misplaced (no payment taken at that time) I can not recommend their service highly enough. I called to see where my order was and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. She went away to dig out my order and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had received it and the reasons why it had not been processed. Payment was then taken and goods dispatched. I received my parcel the very next day.Great customer service, speedy delivery, great value. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
