Fantastique Shoetique!I ordered some sneakers from Shoetique over the Internet on Thursday and they were delivered a few days later, on Saturday. I was able to check on the progress of my parcel using the Royal Mail tracker service, and my shoes arrived in perfect condition (and for a very good price in the Shoetique sale). I would recommend Shoetique very highly!

06 May 2012 Apalling customer service Took my order despite my clearly stating requirements that they couldn't fulfil, and then responded rudely to my requests. They could have so easily not taken the order, and changed a misleading part of their website, but nothing has changed. Very disappointing and unnecessary. Can't even give them zero stars!

24 June 2011 <br/>Superb quality & service. I wanted to make a slight amendment to the text and include a symbol, so phoned customer services. They were great - suggested that I make a note on the order, and they'd see what they can do. T-shirt arrived within 5 days of placing the order (incl. weekend). The t-shirt quality is very good indeed, and the print quality is fantastic, and they have included my special instructions. The design and order system is very easy to use, and quality is excellent. Only 4-stars because there is no t-shirt size for 2-3 year olds. Will happily use again, and thoroughly recommend.

Expectations fulfilled!When so many online hockey retailers advertise products as "in stock" and available to ship when they're anything but, Barrington actually comes through. I tried to order my turf shoes from two other vendors, both of whom took my money, only to come back to me a few days later and say "sorry, those are out of stock. Would you like these other shoes instead?" Refunds were given but what a waste of time! Barrington said my shoes were in stock, shipped them the next day and they arrived shortly after. THANK YOU!
