Fab service, shame about the ¡ê25.00 delivery for a Saturday.Fast friendly reliable service. I wanted my wellies for Bank Holiday Monday, I ordered on the Friday and had to pay ¡ê25.00 delivery charge to get them for Saturday. I would not normaly have paid this rate but I needed them for the Monday.I must add that I did get my wellies by about 10.30.am on the Saturday, but it was a big price to pay. If it was not for this huge delivery rate for Saturday I would have given 5*.

Excellent service. Rather reluctant as had never used them before. Kept updated from ordering to delivery. There was a slight problem with the product but rang and spoke to Laura who was very apologetic and they resolved the problem very well. It's hard to get good customer service these days but Shoetique proved it"s still possible. Would definitely use them again.
