Excellent service and returns a doddleHaving had recent foot surgery I needed to shop for shoes online and needed a different size and type from my usual. I was able to try a different size and have the order sent to my parent's address where I was staying for recovery, making life so much easier for me!The shoe itself is very comfortable . Brill service from Easy WelliesJust get a pair.And order from Easy Wellies.Easy Wellies so easy to deal with ,ordered pair too small, exchange so easy....just looked at my sentence....EASY....The most comfortable ,waterproof,breathable ,outdoor shoes you will ever own.Already own reg green pairs, keep getting stolen by friends same size.Plum vine colour ,takes me into ....dancing mode...will need to hide them when not wearing.Sandie G

Not happy Never had a pair of Fitflops so though I would go to shop and try a pair on. Shop did not have any size 10's. Tried 9 & 11 neither fitted so assumed 10 would be okay. Ordered a pair of size 10 over the phone from the warehouse. Told the next day it was a stock error and the ones I was after were not in stock! Not sure if this is a successful way to run a business but I am not a happy customer
