Excellent customer service and turnaroundi ordered my shoes, they were here in a day but unfortuntely they were a bit tight in the style i ordered so i used the free returns printout and asked for the next size up which were dispatched in a day with no extra charge, and i was emailed at every stage of the service to keep me informed of my order.a company that knows how to take care of their customers no doubtthanks again

06 December 2011 Excellent customer service! I placed an order for door handles on line and within 15 minutes received a call from Customer services to let me know that they thought my order didn't sound quite right - spoke to my builders which confirmed my order was wrong - Handles4Doors voided my payment and I placed another order - received an email to say that my order had been despatched the same daybas placing order and received the handles 2 days later!! Have already recommended them and my builders were impressed with the quality and price!! Handles look great!

Good value, service and quality.Quality of item was better than expected. Online description/ photograph could have been better - especially in respect of the colour. Would also have been good to view the item on a model or mannekin.Communication was good. Despatch was quick. Product was well packed but I felt that the recorded delivery was excessive given the value of the goods and the inconvenience in receiving a "signed for" item.
