My order was left in a bin!!Really happy with the quality of my product and it's the cheapest I have found them however, I did not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my product in the dust bin outside and not even leaving me a note to say he had been or where they were!! I had to phone customer services to find out where my order was as I hadn't heard from them for 12 days. The box was soaking wet from the rain but luckily the boots were not damaged!

Full marks to jules b!!!This was my first order from jules b and I must say it was fantastic! Excellent product and excellent service. My product came packaged beautifully and arrived very quickly. I will definitely use jules b again.

Hard as I try I can't find a fault with anything.Excellent Service and a prompt exchange when I found that I needed a size smallerVery Prompt Delivery with precise advice as to what time it will arrive.I'm very pleased with my purchase and will certainly look for anything else that I may need from Jules B.

Thoroughly enjoyable shopping experienceEasy online ordering, timely updates on the order process along with excellent emails when the item was out for delivery and a confirmation that it had been delivered. Item as described and good fit. Easy returns too if needed apart from the ¡ê3.50 charge
