---Great customer serviceProduct arrived quickly and well packaged.I had a problem setting up and using the Leki walking pole (probably user error) I phoned customer services and was told that the manager (Neil) was the best person to speak to but was out. The lady who answered, took my number and said Neil would call me back. My scepticism that this would happen was misplaced when about an hour later, Neil rang & explained carefully what I should do, then forwarded an internet article to explain in even more detail.Very happy with the service.

03 June 2012 Quality at a low price Ordered handles and promptly received them within a few days. I got exactly what was described, would definitely use again.

Very goodI had some truble at first asking me to call on your telephone number, in order to confirm my order... After that everything was great, my product arrived on time and ot was very gently packed
