---Brilliant customer serviceI ordered a basketball set for christmas but it was delayed by the post, when i called to say my delivery hadnt arrived, David instantly arranged for another to be delivered just in case the first one had been lost, absolutely excellent service, as it happened they both turned up together so will be sending one back. Efficient!!! Love the shoes - fit is great. Delivery exactly as advertised! Royal Mail (love them - they're local!) What I wanted (fitflop due black leather 8) was in stock, fits beautifully, and were on my feet exactly when I expected. What's not to love? Will be ordering a second pair from the same place, so I don't run them into the ground. Now, patent? Or leather again..... Hmmm..... Fitflops are so good for my feet!

Fab service, shame about the ¡ê25.00 delivery for a Saturday.Fast friendly reliable service. I wanted my wellies for Bank Holiday Monday, I ordered on the Friday and had to pay ¡ê25.00 delivery charge to get them for Saturday. I would not normaly have paid this rate but I needed them for the Monday.I must add that I did get my wellies by about 10.30.am on the Saturday, but it was a big price to pay. If it was not for this huge delivery rate for Saturday I would have given 5*.

Would definitely buy from them again Excellent customer service, fast efficient delivery. Information given regularly on goods ordered informing the purchaser when their parcel had been dispatched and expected day of delivery. Very impressed.
