Poor show. wrong item. then not in stock. then no email sent next day as promisedCheap prices are great. They messed up but dont believe this is the norm.

So-so experienceThe website was good and I was pleased with the service. The bag i ordered was well described and a better price than the other website I found it on but I decided to return it as it was larger than I expected and a little too cumbersome for everyday use.I think it is unreasonable to expect people to return an item to the seller within 7 days (5 working days) as it is not enough time to make a decision and post it back. after a lot of confusion I spent money on a return with collect plus only to realise tTo summarise, a mostly negative experience. I i would like to see a free returns process. But I liked how informative the posting out process was with texts and emails from JulesB and [Link].

Very informed website followed by first class serviceI was very impressed by the detail contained on the website which helped me identifiy the most suitable wellies for my wife. The correspondence and service that followed was excellent.
