Tip top serviceI saw some super fitflop shoes but found it difficult to get my size. I found them on the Shoetique website, ordered them and they were delivered by return. Unfortunately I needed a smaller size than usual, so returned them to the warehouse. Brilliant service- they again came by return. I was very impressed by this company and will use them again.

Good product, easy sendingI bougth two horse shoes for my wellies that are lightweight enough to keep one in my totte bag and the other at home. Now I can take them out without asking anyone! also, the rubber cover makes it perfect to protect the boot. The only dissapointment is it design, really ugly...abou the website, they have a good variety of products, prices among the standard on line region but sending was really fast.Missed that some products -like the umbrellas I wanted were not on stock several times I checked.

Lack of flexibilityI paid full price for an item which was on sale 5 days later. The policy is to honour the sale price within 3 days of purchase.... I have been purchasing clothing from this company for several years. Is this encouraging customer loyalty? I don't think so!
