12 December 2011 Dear Mrs Thomson Thank you for leaving a review. We fully understand your frustration over the carrier charges to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, but every carrier has the same policy and the cost is so prohibitive that we have no choice but to pass it on to our customers. We would indeed have agreed to send your knobs by Royal Mail, but do not seem to have received a request from you regarding this. For any future orders you may consider, please call or email and we will be happy to do our best to find a solution to the carriage cost. Unfortunately, at the moment, our website is unable to determine the weight of a product to give it the ability to choose Royal Mail or Carrier-we are working on this. This would then allow any products under 1kg to be delivered by Royal Mail, anywhere in the UK. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. Kind regards Suzanne Faulkner Director Mike Graham

09 October 2012 A DOOR OPENER TO EXCELLENT SERVICE. I researched the website first to ascertain whether the cabinet handle I required was there. Having located a very similar handle, I telephoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, as I was uncertain that it was the correct one. As a result of that conversation, I then purchased it on line. It arrived within a couple of days and it was the correct handle.

Good service and excellent quality Ordered off the website, due to own tech probs order hadn't gone through. Called helpline who promptly found my order and had it sent on its way !! Arrived next day, appy days !!!!!
