Not happy this time i have have been so pleased with the fitflop range of sandals that I bought a pair of gold sneakers from their range I then saw some in your sale under the side choice of silver/pewter which one would assume were silvery or greyish a pair of sneakers which I ordered only to find when they were delivered that they were the same as I already have I telephoned to query this and found your customer service person very repetitive and rude saying the picture shows they are gold I explained that it was not that clear in the picture too which she just repeated her spheel I then have had to return them and rather than waste my postage which she wouldnt refund have used your exchange option but for a more expensive pair
