23 February 2012 <br/> Quality Product, Quality Service When so many companies still have poorly written, uninspiring websites it was nice to find a company with a website that works well and makes the whole process easy. I found and designed exactly what I was after with no problems at all, the delivery time was even quicker than expected, and the baby-grows themselves are great quality and look fantastic. Top marks. Goods not depatched, no reply to email, no refund.Email received falsely claiming goods (Nike trainers) had been despatched - but Royal Mail reference showed that they had not been despatched.Note: Email said they HAD been despatched, not would be despatched.Email (sent 1st May) requesting info on when despatch will happen not replied to.Order was ostensibly despatched on 18th April - it's now 6th May and no information
