We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. Looking through your order history, you ordered exactly the same shoes 3 months ago. The image on our website was provided directly from the brand, FitFlop. They use exactly the same image and also ask all FitFlop retailers to use this image, to ensure accuracy and consistency. The style is now in clearance but it has been one of our best ever selling shoes. This is the first such feedback we've had about the image. As with any piece of feedback like this we have discussed it with the person you spoke to. She says she was merely stating the picture is as advertised but you wouldn't accept that and continued to challenge her. There was no spiel involved, she was just trying to help. She did also say you could return them for a refund or an exchange if you weren't happy with them. We hope the second pair of shoes are to your liking. Many thanks Stuart

Out of Stock and good follow up....Part of my order was out of stock, and you kindly contacted me several times by phone and email. When I contacted back to replace with other goods and made an inquiry, there was an offer on the WEB site for free gifts of wrist band. However after your reply when I entered the WEB, the free gift disappeared. I did receive the re-ordered goods, but no gifts.By the way, I received a memo from delivery that they delivered twice, however I received the memo only once. I had to go to the collecting office. I hope I can buy some other hockey goods in the near future.Thanks

Providing an excellent service for customers.Had problem with sizes and nothing was too much trouble. Two different sizes were dispatched by return of post and the pleasant, friendly and helpful attitude of staff when speaking on the telephone was second to none. The shoes are great. Have several pairs which I wear regularly and more which I have for social occasions.I would recommend Supadance 100%
