A true flop.... and a fit! I was recommended to try fitflops and found Shoetique's website to be very good, helpful and competitive. I was delighted to note that I could get free P & P and next day delivery. Great! I received their prompt acknowledgement of my order and also a tracking number... still great! My order was delivered next day and I was disappointed to note that the wrong colour of fitflops had been sent. Fortunately it was a 'neutral' colour so I decided to keep them rather than go through their returns procedure (which would have been problematic with my particular circumstances). Conclusion?..... Not so great!
