Delivery policy excellent, returns policy crap Your delivery policy is excellent, however, I will not be ordering from Shoetique again as it cost me ¡ê9.75p to send back a pair of boots recorded delivery as advised by you. I had to send the boots back as the left boot went on ok but I could not get the right boot past my heel. I have other FlipFlop boots that are fine and I really do not know whey I could not get this one on. I did not order another pair as if they had not fit again it would cost me more money to send them back. In summary, delivery policy excellent but sending back policy not acceptable.
