---Great service, great company.I panic ordered a bouldering matt on a Wednesday afternoon, needing one to be delivered by Saturday for a climbing holiday. It was despairer the same day, and delivered 2 days later, by courier, on the Friday. Great service - and polite and helpful on the phone. The only way they could improve is to have order tracking, so you don't have to stay in all day waiting for delivery! Would definitely shop with again.

---Very dissatisfied.I purchased a pair of boots more than a month ago and even though my credit card was charged at the time of purchase I have yet to see the boots. When I emailed my query I was sent a email generated generic reply confirming that the order had been dispatched. In other words it's no longer our problem! I will no longer use this site and I will no longer recommend it to family and friends.
