This is a rule stipulated by FitFlop to every UK FitFlop retailer and is aimed at protecting local FitFlop distributors in non-EU countries. Australian FitFlop distributors have in the past complained when we have sent parcels to Australia! If you go to FitFlop.com you will be able to see your local distributor list. Had a bit of trouble with the transaction so rung them and they were very helpfull and pleasant. The boots came the next day. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
