28 February 2011 <br/>Brilliant service Being able to design my own tshirt on line was exceelent and far better than other online design services I had tried. The t-shirt arrived very promptly, was of good quality and looked just as I had planned. I was also kept up to date with the progress of my order at all times. A brilliant service! Why do so many other companies find it so difficult to give customers the service they want and need, when this one makes it look so easy?

Fast and efficient.I would have given 5 stars but Barringtons delivery company (city link) delivered to the wrong street and house! I was able to track the parcel but when it said delivered it clearly had not been. They did not follow the instruction of calling the number given to them to give an eta or to inform us that they were close. On calling city link to find out what had happened we were put on hold for 15 minutes, in the meantime the parcel was delivered by the owner of the house. The web site was easy to use and I am very happy with the products.

AAAARRGGHH!!! No reserve and collect.The general look and navigation of the site is good.The ability to filter and sort the products displayed is useful.The big bug bearer fir me us that you cannot browse onthe site to select what you want, and when you have foundthe right product you cannot reserve it at the store to collect.The only option is for delivery at a cost, and as I live relativelyclose I would prefer to collect, but when there is limitedstock the assurance of a reservation would be better.
