Excellent, fast and efficient! Shoetique are a company I have shopped with on-line before, mainly because I trust them to provide an efficient, fast and reliable service. They never quibble about returns and in my experience anything I have ordered arrives very quickly and processing any returns is equally efficient, which is not something I have found with other on-line purchases!
