Shiny shoes & shiny serviceI'd decided to acquire another pair of fitflops before going to Sri Lanka in January, but our local stockist has closed down. I wanted black toe posts and of course most shops had sold out. Fit flops own site was extortionately expensive - I reckoned there must be some of this summer's stock going cheap, and I was right. Found the ones I wanted at a very decent price and in my size - ordered on-line and bingo, in no time there were here. Excellent.

23 December 2011 <br/>Great customer service I paid ¡ê6.50 for express delivery and unfortunately the wrong order was delivered. But that very same day a new mug was made and dispatched in less than 2 hours, my delivery charge was refunded and I received a great quality photomug the very next day. so despite the error, the way it was handled was fantastic and I was so happy to receive this great gift in time to give it for Xmas.

Outstanding quality, service and deliveryI have bought several times shoes from Supadance for my wife and me via the internet. Only one time I have reported a very small esthetic issue (easily removable spots of remaining glue, which I did) towards Supadance. Their responce was to ship back the shoes and I was promised a new pair in return.The easiness of the online shop, the fast shipments (orderd on tuesdayevening and thursdayafternoon delivered) is outstanding.Overall a real recommendation for dancers.

Look great but quality not greatThese boots looked fab and are very comfortable but the quality is not very good at all. When they arrived they had a chip in the faux suede but as I wanted to wear them that week I didn't send them back in case it took too long. After only 2 or 3 wears the faux suede had rubbed off in places and the heel had come away from the shoe. Although they were not expensive I would have expected them to last longer than this

25 hours ago Comprehensive range of products but... We were refurbishing our bathroom and our toilet and wanted to replace the door handles, having visited the local B and Q could see nothing that we liked so resorted to the internet and were really impressed with the range on offer here. We chose some handles but were unsure about the Privacy Set specification so contacted the company by email as no on available to speak to outside 9 -5 mon to dri. Got a prompt reply from Darren I then requested a picture so that I could better see the difference between the specifications. Having got the pic ordered the handles - they came promptly and were fab however they do not fit our current lock system - more emails... upshot is the spec we want not available in this design we can only return if packaging is pristine.... so what started as a simple job will now need new locks - filling in and repainting.. I think the company assume that everyone using the web site is a professional not DIY virg

Great customer service The customer service assistant was very helpful and the order processed smoothly and was received the next day in perfect condition. Only problem was that I couldn't complete my order on line because it kept telling me that some security process was required, but it wasn't putting me through to the relevant card security site. I tried it several times and in the end had to phone up and place the order over the phone. I got through straight away and the assistant was able to process the order easily and quickly. Not sure what the problem was on the website though.
