10 December 2011 Great product poor delivery Great products and good prices. Very disappointed that was being asked to pay delivery charge of ¡ê25 to deliver 2 cupboard knobsto the Isle of Skye. Even when I put in a Highland postcode on the mainland it was the same. In the end I had to get them delivered to my mother in law in Glasgow who then had to post them up. It's such a shame because this kind of thing really disappoints customers and puts them off. Especially when products are good. We should not be penalised for living in the Highlands. It's all UK. And couriers I know can charge more which means the supplier needs to pay more, but can't 2 cupboard knobs not be posted via Royal Mail?

18 October 2012 <br/> Awesome baby grow created Found the site really easy to use, up loaded a picture and put text on the baby grow and when it arrived it matched what i had done on-line perfectly, would recommend to anyone wanting personalised items. Although i would have liked a little more control of the text size on the back of the baby grow. Over all spot on.

Cutomer service lacking.Before ordering anything on the internet I always check the comments left by other customers. The comments for Supadance were very good. Fast delivery, excellent customer services etc. I also checked your website and forums for sizing issues. The overriding number of comments stated that it was advisable to order your usual size.I ordered 2 pairs in the sizes I can usually be. I did this to be on the safe side because I was really keen on the shoes I had ordered. This was a big outlay but I was sure it would be worth it. The next working day the money went out of my bank, I had no email informing me of an estimated delivery date, I had no email stating they had been dispatched. In fact I heard nothing until they arrived 2 weeks after the money was taken out of my account. Most internet companies do not take the money for the item until it's been dispatched.Both sizes were too small, this was a huge shock as the second pair I ordered was the biggest I've ever h
