We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. Looking through your order history, you ordered exactly the same shoes 3 months ago. The image on our website was provided directly from the brand, FitFlop. They use exactly the same image and also ask all FitFlop retailers to use this image, to ensure accuracy and consistency. The style is now in clearance but it has been one of our best ever selling shoes. This is the first such feedback we've had about the image. As with any piece of feedback like this we have discussed it with the person you spoke to. She says she was merely stating the picture is as advertised but you wouldn't accept that and continued to challenge her. There was no spiel involved, she was just trying to help. She did also say you could return them for a refund or an exchange if you weren't happy with them. We hope the second pair of shoes are to your liking. Many thanks Stuart

As always a quality service with quality productsi needed a new hockey skirt for my match on sat - mid way through the week i realised this so quickly went to the barrington sports website. i quickly found the one i needed, at a very reasonable price and it was delivered (without having to request a higher priced service) well in time for my game! thank you! will most certainly continue to use your online service!
