6 days ago Very good customer service calling to fix the order after the bank connection on the website went down Found the stuff ok and website reasonably easy to use. Just a shame the bank connection went down. However, all arrived ok. Somewhere on the order page to say 'if out leave at number 3' would be good,

23 August 2012 Had to chase up to get goods delivered No communication re progress of order was recd after payment. Had to call a week later to find out where my order was. They informed that they didnt have it in stock. It was delivered belatedly. Not acceptable.

Excellent products and very efficient online purchase and forwarding system.Been using Supadance shoes for 12 yrs now wherein 90% were purchased online from since 8 yrs ago. Have tried other European brands but with my weight and feet type, they did not last. Supadance shoes' skeletal frame remain strong and steady until given up due to tarnished and molds-infested leather or fabric from overuse. Ordering online is hassle-free and my latest order in December using ordinary surface mail unexpectedly arrived after 2 weeks even during a Christmas season.

08 April 2012 Great service, prompt delivery. Handles looked as good as the picture! Good customer services, extremely helpful. They sent me a sample without charging postage, the handles looked as nice as the picture. I ordered a large amount and they were delivered promptly. The handles look nice quality..time will tell how good they are. At the moment no resrervations, would happily order from them again and recommend them!
