If Carlsberg ran sports retailers...This was my second purchase from Barrington Sports, and I am wondering how any of their competitors have managed to stay in business. Running an online retail business doesn't sound that hard - offer low prices, show what's in stock, ship quickly, sort it out if it goes wrong. However, Barrington stands head and shoulders above everyone else in this business who mostly manage to cock it up entirely, and Barrington is now my "go to" retailer for sports equipment and apparel.Only two real quibbles with this experience: first, my order was shipped in a large heavy duty plastic sack but one of the items (a pair of Oakley sunglasses) got bashed about so much that its cardboard box was very heavily damaged. It was only cosmetic and the goods inside were fine, but if I had wanted to give the item as a gift then I would not have been able to do so. I wrote to Barrington explaining what had happened and got a speedy response indicating that individual Oak

---Excellent service, no complaints!Received amazing service, your price for the over trousers was amazing, couldn't buy them locally for less than ¡ê100! Postage charges and delivery time were also great. One very satisfied customer!

Excellent service, speedy delivery, trainers are awesome!We had several choices of who we were going to order these trainers from & decided to go with sportsmart......best choice we made, couldn't be happier with the purchase & the service! :)

Great serviceI love the shoes I've just purchased from Shoetique.co.uk. The style and price are brilliant but the service and delivery speed was even better! I would have given 5 stars if they had had these shoes in a 3 1/2 - I had to go up to a size 4 (UK) and they are just a little bit too big (A 3 would have been just a little bit too small :( )
