    ---Great customer serviceProduct arrived quickly and well packaged.I had a problem setting up and using the Leki walking pole (probably user error) I phoned customer services and was told that the manager (Neil) was the best person to speak to but was out. The lady who answered, took my number and said Neil would call me back. My scepticism that this would happen was misplaced when about an hour later, Neil rang & explained carefully what I should do, then forwarded an internet article to explain in even more detail.Very happy with the service.
