---BERGHAUS MERA PEAK JACKETBerghaus jacket is a medium, good fit except that it's too tight around the waist so I'm going to return it. Trouble is that the larger size will have sleeves too long for me. Another drawback is that the jacket lacks a pocket big enough to hold an Ordnance Survey map.

Where were my shoes?Ordered shoes and paid with next day 24 hour delivery, guess what? They did not arrive, never mind it is a bank holiday weekend they will arrive on Tuesday, no they didn't. Wednesday, no sign so emailed, shoes are with Royal Mail and will be delivered before 5pm which came and went and no shoes. Thursday sure to be even phoned and told that they were with Royal Mail and would be delivered by 5pm, it didn't happen, rang again to be told by a voice message that they were now shut for the Bank Holiday weekend and would open again on Tuesday, where did my week go and do we really have two bank holidays in Aug! Anyway about to give up on this when early morning on Friday a cheery postman knocked on the door with the shoes. End of story, they fit but I won't be returning to shop again......

Fast delivery and exchanges,briliant company I purchased a pair of shoes from shoetique and they were too big, they exchanged them by return post and I received the replacement pair, unfortunately they were too small. I am sure I will get my refund just as fast,, I WILL be buying from them again.

27 March 2012 Could be better I received part of my order which was in stock. I phoned yesterday to ask when the rest would arrive and the lady on the phone said she'd get back to me. I checked with her that she had my mobile number correct and that she'd ring me back on the same day. She said she would. She has not. It is a simple phone call and I find it disappointing that a simple commitment as such could not be fulfilled. I am refurbishing my house and there are so many other calls I have to make. I now have to keep chasing 'handles 4 doors' for the handles. Thanks for your consideration. Regards

---Excellent Service, Fourth Purchase, Will Buy Here Again. Thankyou.Quick delivery, I have used Shoes International four times now and can definately say i will use them for my next purchase aswell.Purchased a set of steel toe capped work boots. Good quality and long lasting.Cannot fault Shoes International and can personally highly recommend them.
