Overpriced, poor quality, good service.Unbelievable cheaply made shoes of poor materials. All shine and no substance. Just plain plastic. And horribly expense. I bet the shoe didn't cost $10 to make but by the time it arrived at my door, I had spent almost $200 for it. Shameful.The service however was friendly and efficient and effective.

---Exactly rightOrdered a Berghaus Paclite jacket, and it arrived extremely quickly.It was exactly as specified on the website. I would say that there has been "size creep" in outdoor gear. I used to be a large in jackets, but the medium size (despite the sizing guide) is perfect & allows enough room for layers underneath. Trying on a different Berghaus jacket before ording helped me get it right. The price was higher than some other places (e.g. Amazon), but I wanted the 2011 colours. Good shoppied experience.

Fantastic quality shoes, fast delivery!I was desperate for a pair of dance shoes for my daughter as she'd suddenly shot up a size seemingly overnight and had her final Latin & Ballroom Rosette exam in less than a week! I ordered the shoes online on the Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday! They fitted perfectly and were beautifully made. Yes, Supadance shoes are more expensive than the average dance shoes, but they are well worth the extra expense, as they look good for much longer. I am able to pass them on to my younger daughter and then sell them on when they have both outgrown them! So they work out to be great value for money!

23 December 2011 I bought door handles. They are really good, unfortunately the screws are not. They are impossible to... screw and I had to buy proper ones from a DYI shop Dor handles were affordable and they look good. They are good quality too. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed by the screws that came with the handles. They were too "soft" and the line in the middle of the head was not deep enough, making it impossible to screw them. I had to supply proper brass screws from the local DYI shop.

Very speedy delivery and professional service!My item arrived with 48hours and was wrapped in Jules b tissue paper and delivered in the lovely Jules b carrier bag. The member of staff even rang me to confirm my address and inform me that it was being dispatched. The item was exactly as it looked online, love it!
