Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances. OK, but could be much better!Didn't recieve any confirmation e-mail that my order had been shipped. After 1 week without nothing, I send an e-mail asking for the shipping nr which I thankfully recieve some days later. When traced, my order were already in Sweden and they aleady tried to deliver to me?? I went to the post office and thanks to the shipping nr i could pick it up there? And the post office still hasn't sent any notification that I had a parcel to pick up. I wonder what would have happened if I had not e-mailed supadance asking for the shipping nr....
