Nice Quick service but badly packedThe parcel arrived quickly and at the time stated but it was packed poorly, one pair of wellies were in a box, this was badly damaged and the second pair were just rattling around in the outer box. The outside box was fine so I don't think it was the carrier, I think it was the poor packing in the warehouse.

Outstanding quality, service and deliveryI have bought several times shoes from Supadance for my wife and me via the internet. Only one time I have reported a very small esthetic issue (easily removable spots of remaining glue, which I did) towards Supadance. Their responce was to ship back the shoes and I was promised a new pair in return.The easiness of the online shop, the fast shipments (orderd on tuesdayevening and thursdayafternoon delivered) is outstanding.Overall a real recommendation for dancers.

You got my postcode mixed up and didn't received it in time as I was hoping for.Bought an sales item from you website and al went through very smoothly. But for some reason you got my postcode mixed from HA0 to SW4. Becasue of that I didn't received my purchased yet! But I did find your customer service is very helpful which I calledAnyway let's hope it won't turn out to be too complicated.
