11 April 2012 My mistake quickly rectified I ordered the wrong hinges but one phone call offered sound advice, wrong stuff returned, correct hinges dispatched pronto. Excellent customer service.

Out of Stock and good follow up....Part of my order was out of stock, and you kindly contacted me several times by phone and email. When I contacted back to replace with other goods and made an inquiry, there was an offer on the WEB site for free gifts of wrist band. However after your reply when I entered the WEB, the free gift disappeared. I did receive the re-ordered goods, but no gifts.By the way, I received a memo from delivery that they delivered twice, however I received the memo only once. I had to go to the collecting office. I hope I can buy some other hockey goods in the near future.Thanks

I found them to be helpful and the service was very quick.Finding a good online retailer is like golddust .Jules B were helpful,and the item arrived very quickly.This is a refreshing change from many who make little or no contact,and could care less. I would buy from them again with hesitation.

---FantasticI wanted to order a pair of North Face walking boots, as I live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands I made a call to Gear Zone due to the fact that we do not pay VAT in Guernsey, I managed to order the boots over the phone and get the VAT taken of the boots.My boots arrived in only a few days, unfortunatly they were a bit tight, so I returned them asking for a larger size. The second pair turned up in about a week.very happy with the help and service.
