17 May 2012 A small order but great service ! I bought a couple of ring handles which had been very difficult to find. I spoke to (I think) Darren.He was excellent -he rang the manufacturers to check the lenth between the fixing centres as this was important to me.He rang me back immediately to confirm they would be OK. Great efficient and polite friendly service. Thank you .

26 March 2012 Fast service, exact product match One of our door latches sheered off - I thought a new handle and mechanism would be required but I was able to buy just the latch itself from handles4doors - saving a bundle. The latch came the next day. Couldn't fault at all, great service.

What a Drippy Postman!Wellies were great, my niece even thanked me for the present which is most unusual.It was good of Easy Wellies to pack the hunters in an outer box as the delivery man obviously was not our normal man, as he would have walked round to the front of the house and laid the parcel in our porch. This driver decided to go round the back of the house and throw the box over the 6ft iron gate towards our labrador (who fortunately been of older years did not eat the box) however it would have been helpful on this occasion as on our return trying to open the gate in the dark unfortunately the gate opens inwards, toward the back door step, which was now jammed with a very wet soggy box.Also if a voucher for another shop with Easy Wellies had been put in the package I might have been very tempted to purchase some big socks to go in the wellies for my nieces christmas present, but not tempted, not purchased!
