Great website with great service :) I have used Shoetique on a few occasions and always found they offer a first class service. The shoes always come really quickly and they will leave them in a nominated place (such as my recycling bin) if you are not in. I had to return a pair of Fitflops once as they were faulty and they exchanged them without any quibble whatsoever. I have recommended the site to several people.

Wrong item sent but great customer serviceI was very disappointed to receive the wrong item and it was a lot of hassle to send the item back. I was refunded the cost of the item but not the postage which meant I had to call them and request a refund for postage. I found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. I think the range and price of footwear is fantastic along with good customer service, bottom-line, despite the annoying mistake, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Shoetique again!
