08 February 2012 Need to work on communication and dispatch times Order arrived safely and I was happy with the product. However I would have expected email communication confirming placement of my order, despatch and payment. I had no emails from the company at all. Delivery was advised at 2-5 working days but my order was received outside of this window which was disappointing.
