20 August 2012 <br/>This customer has recieved our printed gloss posters, there are used and shown on there facebook page. I have told them to go through with paypal which they chose not to do this is because they have recieved my printed goods. All purchased goods using Paypal are fully protected any problems should go through with them and after dispute has been made a decision on the refund will be made. Hayley Smyth London, US

Brighter than I expected :)First of all I didn't have any problem buying from internet even in possible problems in international postal system.sales and accounting staff was very handfull and focused on problem solving (I needened to return the items I bought because it's colour was too bright than I expected and I ordered a wrong size I'm afraid), my new order shipped on the same date which they receive retured goods... that was excellent and the products are as well...So I'm very happy with my new shoeses... My only questionary is; the colour of the products must be more realistic and it's necessary to follow invoice and orders2 status on internet.Many thanks

We're really sorry your parcel didn't arrive next day. As you can see from the tracking information we sent your parcel out the same day you ordered on a free next day delivery service. Royal Mail have experienced delays in the Christmas rush with a backlog of parcels. Very frustrating because you'd think they'd be prepared for it!
