Swift service!Website easy to use and service was swift. The "but" is that the packaging on all the items was damaged which isn't so good considering all the items were Christmas presents.

10 December 2011 Fantastic 10/10 for quality and service A delight to deal with this company. Handles are fantastic and a fraction of the price I would have had to pay on the High Street. Even the hard to please Joiner was impressed. Needed to phone them and the lady was brilliant, she answered the phone on the 2nd ring and even went and got the handle and measured it for me whilst I waited on the phone. A delight to deal with and thus the reason that I am bothering to leave feedback. Highly recommended.
