WOW....AMAZINGLY QUICK DELIVERY AND WICKED HOODIES 10/10 Thank you for the lovely soft hoodies, my 2 little girls loved them. One of them said, 'How did the 'HOODY' sales lady know my name, age and favourite cartoon character?' . I replied saying they where Santas friends who made them.....you should have seen their faces...Well Done, Great warm hoodies, will use again for lovely gifts for all the family.

A pleasure to do business withThe website was very easy to navigate around. Prices were very reasonable. Items I ordered were dispatched quickly. The updates from the courier about when my items would be delivery were extremely helpful as it meant I didn't have to stay in needlessly waiting for my delivery.Had to return 1 item. Still waiting for my replacement hence why I haven't given a 5 star rating.

Lovely wellies, but cheeky on returns/exchangesEasy-to-use site, with clear pictures and good descriptions. Quick delivery, too.But, I object to paying for delivery, and paying further charges to exchange the wellies for another size, especially as you do have to try boots on to be sure about the fit. And it's not like they're bargain-cheap wellies in the first place.

---Very good price, very quick deliveryOrdered a pair of Craghoppers microfleeces because of the two for ¡ê25 offer. Was able to order different styles so I got one for my wife as well as one for me and we have been wearing them this week as it is chilly. Went to order another couple but they had run out of my size so I'll have to wait for the next time they run the offer.

Only one problem!I would like to have more money to spend at JulesB, so many lovely clothes!!!Excellent store, good website, fast posting. Postage cost me 3.99 and returning an item cost me more. The last item I bought said 'true to size' but wasn't. I had to return for the size down which made my trousers ¡ê10 more than they should have cost me.
