---Friendly, professional and prompt serviceTHis is my second purchase from Shoes International, and on both occasions I needed to make a phone enquiry prior to purchasing shoes to verify some details. I was immediately able to speak to someone who answered my queries. I then ordered the goods on line and they arrived within 2 days. Good old fashioned first class service, sadly, too often lacking these days. If only every internet retailer offered the same service as SI!

---Excellent service - Gear Zone - a company of highest integrityFirst of all I like to say I am not an employee of Gear Zone and until last week I knew nothing of this company.I spent many hours searching though the web for a pair of gloves to keep my hands warm and dry whilst out hiking. I have bought two or three pairs of gloves in the past and all failed to keep my hands warm and none of them fulfilled any of the claims that the manufacturers make.Eventually, after looking at scores of customer reviews I discovered Black Diamond that actually make gloves and mittens that keep your hands warm in sub-zero temps. Although more expensive than the gloves you buy in high street shops, these are the top-end of the market and are serious gear for the explorer.Once I decided that Black Diamond Mercury Mitts were for me I spent hours looking for the best supplier, comparing prices as well as quality of service. One website that stood out from the crowd was Gear Zone which caught my eye. Why?

Super-fast delivery, I'm very impressed! I ordered a pair of FitFlop clogs for my son last Friday just before 11am. They were delivered at 9.45am the following day. As well as confirmation emails, I also had a text to tell me when the parcel was delivered to Royal Mail and again after the parcel had been delivered. So great communication and fast delivery - and the shoes are great too.

Easy Wellies - does what is says on the tin.Ordered with next day delivery, arrived next day with no problems.Couldn't be any easier.I went for Muck Boots, in full length derwent style, best wellies I've ever owned, warm and comfy.
