Great service, and very helpfulI needed a hat for going to Germany, but needed it next day. Owner was not their at the exact time I called, but got back to me within the hour. They made sure my hat made the post and got to me on time.

---Prompt, well packaged and value for moneyI ordered my sleeping bag after considering alternatives from info on the site. Once ordered the navigation through the payment stages was easy and well directed. My order was delivered to my selected delivery address within two days. Two days later I ordered another sleeping bag and it was delivered in the same time schedule. This is the second time that I have used Gear Zone and I cannot fault the service. Even returns are easily managed as for my first order I had to obtain a larger size - my own order error - I emailed Gear Zone for advice on procedure and I was advise to order anew and simply return the incorrect item for a refund. This I did and the refund appeared on my credit card statement. Excellent service.
