Efficient, quick and easyIt's an easy to use webiste with clear information to help with selection. The shopping basket and checkout are completely hassle free and the goods were shipped as promised in the time frame given by the correspondance emails.

Very good fast service and good product but not the cost of returnsThe bog wellies are quality. Unfortunately the downside of buying on the internet you take a chance on size and the boots did not fit. The next size up was not in stock. The cost of sending them back puts me off buying again. So will look at other companies that give free returns in the future.

Congratulations Shoetique I was very impressed with this company, finding them on the Internet after searching for the shoes I wanted also the efficiency of the way my order was dealt with and quick delivery. They were a little more than I wanted to pay even though they gave free delivery. Last year through a different company I got the same shoe cheaper including free delivery, but the firm did not have the shoe style I wanted in stock. All in all I recommend Shoetique as a good and reliable company.

Super ServiceI have used Shoetique to buy several pairs of Fit Flops. They have always delivered the next day as promised. So far I have never had any reason to return any items so cannot comment on that but have recommended them to a friend who is now using the website too and enjoying the loyalty scheme.

Cool quick and easy to buy and receiveUsing the website was very easy to find the items I was looking for followed by a quick delivery.I would definately recommend this way of buying it saves the hassle of visiting the store.
