Prompt and easyEasy website to navigate, not the cheapest (but priced okay), but prompt service. Had a problem with the base layer i received having a click in the middle of the chest - not a massive problem as underneath my footy shirt, but didn't like having to pay to return it. Had an issue last summer where i ordered a long sleeve and received a short sleeve base layer. Again would have had to pay to return it - you must change this policy when its not the customers fault. Overall, i do like Barrington's service and tend to purchase at least once a year, but it could be more...

---If you're in the zone get your kit here!Have bought a number of items from Gear Zone, and have never had any problems. Their descriptions of items is informative and helpful and when comparing costs with other sites, they are very reasonable.

Strap not long enoughDespite the shoes being identical to my normal practice pair, the strap wasn't long enough for the buckle to reach. I ended up having to take them into the shop in Buckhurst Hill for them to punch new holes at the end, in order for them to fit.
