14 October 2011 Excellent products and customer relations As a Joiner for 50 years it was great to find a company who supplies a great selection of quality hardware. I ordered mid afternoon and all my handles and latches arrived by 9:15am the following day. A slight problem with missing plates on 3 latches was immediately solved by contacting the company and 3 complete new latches arrived the following morning, great service. Prtoducts are good quality and very fast delivery if you order stocked item and customer satisfaction is second to none.

23 October 2012 <br/> Excellent Quality, Service & Price I ordered 6 mugs after designing them on the computer & they arrived 5 days later as they promised & looked fab, just like they looked on the computer screen. Will definately be ordering again & also one of the only companies that allow two different piccies or designs for the front & back. Excellent service.

16 June 2012 <br/> Professional attitude from start to finish I was really happy with every part of the process with this company. I had been let down by others where they shone through. Extremely helpful, with expert embroidery done very quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
