Fast, efficient service. This is the second pair of shoes I have purchased online from shoetique and can't fault the service at all. I received the latest pair of shoes within a couple of days of ordering them. Unfortunately they were a bit small, however the instructions for returning items on the enclosed form were clear and easy to follow, allowing you to choose between a refund and an exchange. I opted for an exchange, completed the form, stuck on the prepaid postage label and sent the shoes back on a Thursday. By Monday I had received the new pair of shoes!! Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend this company without any hesitation and I will be back again once I have some christmas money to spend!!

Not satisfiedI still havent received my refund for my shoes it has been now almost 3months. Contacting the customer services was a huge mistake, conversation turned into an argument at one point i was called stupid by the lovely customer services assistant.

08 February 2012 Need to work on communication and dispatch times Order arrived safely and I was happy with the product. However I would have expected email communication confirming placement of my order, despatch and payment. I had no emails from the company at all. Delivery was advised at 2-5 working days but my order was received outside of this window which was disappointing.
