Very easy transaction with superb communication about delivery.I was impressed with the site and how easy it was to find what I wanted. Let down by deliveryHave bought several items in past . Always let down by city link . We were all in and they claimed to have attempted delivery . They said they would redeliver the same day . Phoned at enormous expense several times to be told that they were 3 mins away etc come 6 pm they had not delivered . Ended up driving to the other side of coventry to collect it on Saturday morning . The parcel was completely broken open ..hopeless .good prices rubbish delivery !

Great, but fee to returnI liked the site. The shoes were reasonably priced. The delivery was great. I was kept informed as to when my shoes would be arriving. Only thing is you have to pay for returns.

Excellent serviceBallroom shoes were ordered for a christmas present and after initially being contacted by telephone following my online order to say the ordered shoes were out of stock and that there would be a two week wait. I was a bit disappointed but the shoes arrived well within the two week estimated time and in plenty of time for christmas. I will have no hesitation in using Supadance again.

REALLY NICE PRODUCT BUT SLOWLY SERVICE OF TRANSPORTI HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I'M REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE CONTENT. ON THE OTHER HAND THE SERVICE OF FEDEX IN SPAIN IS RUBBISH. ITEMS WERE IN MADRID LAST WEDNESDAY AND I HAVE RECEIVE IT TODAY AFTERNOON IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY (3 HOURS FROM MADRID).IN MY OPINION NEGATIVE SERVICE THAT YOU MUST IMPROVE AVOIDING TO INCREASE COSTS.THANKS & REGARDS.
